I don't understand why the Firebug creators don't add this feature. Should be the next step in my opinion.

    Check out my Firebug

    Check out my Firebug Addon:
    https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/52365/

It actually saves the Firebug- "touched" css files on demand to your web server (by communication with a one-file webservice php script).

    Documentation can be found here:
    http://www.strebitzer.at/projects/firefile/docs/

I would appreciate any bug reports, comments, ratings, discussion on this,

    thanks in advance,

    I don't know how I came

I don't know how I came across this blog... but dang it made me laugh. I can completely empathize with every statement. I've often felt like I was nearly interrogating clients just to get info about about their own company!

And then there's the guy who asked me if I could do a site like www.lechateau.com for "around a thousand dollars". After I stopped laughing 20 minutes later, I wrote him an especially sarcastic email asking him if he could build me a house for around the same price. Unreal.

    After viewing my friends Mac

After viewing my friends Mac Pro (glossy) on the bus and in the caf'e, with reflections from the screen up the ying-yang, I decided to wait for Apple to include matted screen as an option or to purchase from another company. Afer all a laptop is for portability and to taken everywhere and anywhere, and not to just be used in low lighted areas!

  • Why you shouldn't get the new MacBook Pro   1 year 9 weeks ago
    I was tempted to purchase,

I was tempted to purchase, but noticed that the option for matted screen was no longer available. The point of purchasing a laptop is to take it everywhere and anywhere. Try to use it in sunlight or a light in the background and let me know if you still like the glossy finish. After viewing my friends Mac Pro (glossy) on the bus and in the caf'e, I decided to either wait for Apple to provide the matted screen as an option again, or just purchase another vendors laptop.

The 17 inch MBP was announced months after these revisions and I think that a factor in allowing a Matte option is the backlash from the lack-of in these models.

Is it meant to run two 24

Is it meant to run two 24 inch screens? It's not built to be a powerhouse and if you can afford two 24inch screens, I'm sure you could afford a more powerful computer.

Well, it is the first Mac

Well, it is the first Mac mini to either drive two 24 inch 1920x1200 displays or the, wait for it... Apple Cinema Display 30 inch:

    From http://www.apple.com/macmini/specs.html:

”up to 2560 by 1600 pixels on a dual-link DVI display using Mini DisplayPort to Dual-Link DVI Adapter (sold separately)”.

I realize that this can be

I realize that this can be done but my issue is that HDMI isn't included. Who is this machine for? iMac is for desktops, Mac Pro is for heavy duty processing, Mac Mini is for...? Marketing the Mac Mini as an HTPC may cannibalize the tiny market the Apple TV has but that's what I find that most people use the Mac Mini for.

... HDMI, on the other hand,

... HDMI, on the other hand, can easily be done with a DVI-HDMI cable. It's the same exact signal. (Apple includes a mini DVI to DVI adapter in the box.)
